Emile
2019Emile is a web application that centralizes and organizes all data managed by Grand Musique Management.
The interface offers a logical organization of all types of entities (labels, artists, releases, products, audio files, contributors) which allows a full exploitation of datas, especially with a very advanced search engine.
One of the important features of Emile is its ability to export all content according to predefined templates that correspond to specific exploitations.
Key points
- The application allows you to filter thousands of contents with many criteria.
- Possibility, depending on the user's role, to create/modify content with restricted or unrestricted access to the catalog.
- Multiple content exports for optimal use of data, especially for distribution or streaming platforms.
- Possibility to create access groups with specific roles (editor / simple reader).
Content editing
Content edition forms are automatically created according to the data model of the edited entity (artist, release, label, contributor, ...). For example, if a user has the Editor role, he will be able to create or modify the information of entities defined in the scope authorized by his permissions.
The information to be filled in are texts, references to other entities but also references to a drive, photos or audio files.
Multiple exports
One of Emile's features is its ability to export in multiple Excel templates.
To send consolidated data to distributor partners, it is necessary to export the data in a format that is compatible with their own management systems. This way, the data imported from the application can be fully exploited in other environments.
Each type of entity (label, artist, release, ...) has its own export via a specific template.
